Nissan NISMO GT-R GT3

One of the most technologically-advanced legendary sports cars ever, the Nissan GT-R, has been further treated by Nissan’s racing arm NISMO to create an even more powerful monster -– all hail the Nissan NISMO GT-R GT3.

The GT-R GT3, co-developed with JR Motorsports and NISMO, shares its underpinnings, drivetrains and technologies with the original car, tuned to be beastlier for meeting GT3 specifications. Apparently, the GT-R GT3 is the closest match to the road car while other GT-R variants in the motorsport scene bear nothing more than a visual resemblance to the original. This GT3 racer made its debut at the Magny-Cours circuit in France where, while taking part in the Blancpain Endurance Series and competing with 35 cars, finished an impressive eighth place. The car ran absolutely trouble-free all throughout with only the obligatory refuelling, tyre-change and driver-swap being carried out.

The Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 has been shedding weight more than cats shed their furs. Autoevolution.com reported that the super sportscar has been going through a very strict diet and weight-saving process. The overall weight of GT-R Nismo GT3 is 1,300kg or equals to 2,866 lbs. In term of engine and performance, no changes as Nissan still trusts the 2012 MY of 3.8L twin-turbo V6 powerplant that unleashes 530 horsepower.

You can own the Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 which about to be sold globally if you can pay €298,000/$383,735/¥32,000,000. Come on now, don’t put that frown on your face as you are looking at one of the rare super sportscars in the world. Since we believe in no boundaries, it means that we also believe that some people are willing to spend money on any cars that can give them adrenaline rush.
